  • Shake hands with palms faced down
  • Shake hands with palms faced up
  • Step forward with right leg and roll right shoulder forward and back
  • Step forward with left leg and roll left shoulder forward and back
  • Step shoulder distance apart with palms faced down, float your arms up to shoulder height, then float your arms down-brings healing energy to the arms and brings relaxation and clarity to the mind
  • Bring palms together, do not touch. Make Qi ball.
  • Relax your hands, feel deep relaxation in your shoulders and mind.
