- Shake hands with palms faced down
- Shake hands with palms faced up
- Step forward with right leg and roll right shoulder forward and back
- Step forward with left leg and roll left shoulder forward and back
- Step shoulder distance apart with palms faced down, float your arms up to shoulder height, then float your arms down-brings healing energy to the arms and brings relaxation and clarity to the mind
- Bring palms together, do not touch. Make Qi ball.
- Relax your hands, feel deep relaxation in your shoulders and mind.
