Practical Solutions for the Workplace

You've heard of workplace wellness programs. There is good news and bad news. The good news is they can help improve productivity, increase employee morale and lower healthcare cost, thus increasing productivity and positivism.

The bad news is many employees aren't motivated to participate in the programs. Behavior change is difficult and one in which many people arduously resist.

So what is different about this workplace wellness solutions program? Me.

I have over 25 years experience working as a dental hygienist in dental offices. Six years as an educator on behalf of Water Pik, Inc. and nearly 12 months as a dental hygiene community researcher. I am steeped in dental and I love dental peeps!

My experience as a dental hygienist combined with my health coaching and fitness training background, along with my "tool kit" of activities and information, supports, respects and motivates individuals to contemplate tweeking their behaviors to agree on a common goal. One of camaraderie, increased retention, happiness and more.

I began my career as a dental hygienist in 1995. Through the years of practicing, I developed multiple health issues, which led me to take courses in holistic health that helped me. In 2017 I became a Certified Health Coach with the intention of teaching other dental hygienists how to live a life without chronic pain. It is now my passion and commitment to teach other dental hygienists techniques to reduce stress and chronic pain through lifestyle choices, exercise, and mindfulness.

Adults over the age of 40 make up one third of today's workforce. As employees age, healthcare costs rise and productivity often falls. Keeping these experienced employees in excellent health is becoming increasingly important.

Reduce stress and chronic pain for your employees and for your patients. As a Tai Chi Practice Leader I can teach your staff Tai Chi, a slow moving meditation that helps to decrease stress and pain. In less than 30 minutes you and your staff will learn techniques that will help everyone feel good, fast.
