I began my career as a dental hygienist in 1995. Through the years of practicing, I developed multiple health issues, which led me to take courses in holistic health that helped me. In 2017 I became a Certified Health Coach with the intention of teaching other dental hygienists how to live a life without chronic pain. It is now my passion and commitment to teach other dental hygienists techniques to reduce stress and chronic pain through lifestyle choices, exercise, and mindfulness.
